Do you offer on site event styles?
Yes, please contact us for more information about your special day on site or on location hair styling and makeup services.
Do you offer private hair services?
Yes! There are many reasons why you may want to have a hair service performed in private even in a public setting. Religion and safety being a few of many reasons.
If you want a private session just let me know at your time of booking by leaving a note or when you arrive, and I’ll make sure to accommodate.
You can also choose to have all of your services performed in private.
do you have late or cancellation fees
No, you can reschedule and cancel with no hassle. You have a 15 minute grace period. There will not be any additional charges added to your service, but you may lose your reservation and have to book for a later time and date.
Cancellation and Reschedule policy
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to be flexible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed if you’re running late. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be automatically canceled to stay on schedule for all clients.
No call / no shows are not permitted. Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule—communication helps us serve everyone better. Repeated missed appointments without notice may lead to a cancellation fee or limited booking privileges.
